Valley Cartage was family-oriented. Now that we are Dayton Freight I look forward with a renewed positive attitude.
Horrible service Horrible customer service Delivery driver calls to inform you that a delivery is arriving but not even the common decency to call and tell you he won't make it that day. The following day customer service can tell you it's on a truck and you're delivery is number 7 on the truck but will not guarantee that it will actually show up again. I have a very unhappy customer who was expecting their delivery yesterday when told it would arrive
Unprofessional. Missed pickup 3 straight days even after promising to show up. No attempt to make it right.
Best place ever . Every one struggling lol but vc is making it happen
