Valley Carpet One in Duncan BC gets the highest rating from me. I have purchased floor covering and blinds from them and found their service to be excellent. They are not satisfied until their customer is 100% satisfied. Special mention to Kim for her wonderful personal service. Also, to their installers who do a great job. I highly recommend this company.
The sales person, Sarah, was knowledgable about the products and very helpful. The installer was prompt, and knew what he was doing, and did a fine job!
The floors look amazing. As a family we do believe our late husband-father-grandfather who bought the building from the Late Art Mann Jr. in 1989 would be pleased with the new floors. Thank you to Chad and his team.
I can't say enough about the service and assistance in picking and having the floors installed in my home. Valley Floors is definitely the only place I would shop for flooring. Great staff and service
