I would give this company a 10 star review if it was possible. I’ve been shopping at Valley Carpet One for 20 years. This is a company that knows how to satisfy their staff and customers. I have dealt with the same sales representative for the entire time. She has retired now. Her replacement is just as good, as I recently discovered. From the start, Valley Carpet One/Valley Floors, was professional and helpful. Their selection was huge, and their insight into helping us decide on flooring was very much appreciated. And finally the install was quick, efficient and the staff was wonderful! Thank you Valley Floors!
