We are loyal patients of valley care but looks like it’s time to move. Whenever you have cough or congestion or recovering from a flu or cold, and ask for a doctor’s appointment, they are extremely hesitant in giving appointments. They keep saying that there are no openings and the nurse will call but unfortunately no call comes in. This has happened twice and we are very very disappointed…
Made an appointment at 9:45 am, got there before time. Gave receptionist myedical insurance and they took over an hour to figure what was covered and what not. What a waste of time!
