Our service from Valley Bus Grand Forks was terrible. My wife and I booked a party bus for our wedding day. 10 minutes before the bus was supposed to pick us up Valley Bus called and said the bus was broken so they'll have to send a school bus instead. This was pretty unfortunate for our wedding day but had to suffice because we needed transportation. At the time they mentioned they'd get us a discount for the inconvenience.
