I was sold a dented can of wood filler after being told it there will be no issues with the product, this was the only can available. When I opened it at the job site, the top third of the product was dried out and unusable. When I reported this to same employee, he did nothing to resolve the issue and simply said he’d be more careful in the future. No refund or replacement was offered. Poor customer service and a waste of time and money.
Just paid $126 for 20 feet of abs pipe. Salina builders was only $82 and JJWD was $102. Avoid the high prices!!!
Shattered window when putting 2x4 in my car. Went to try and work something out and store owners wife started yelling at me. Regardless of the situation if you own a business you don’t treat someone that way. Will not be going back.
