I attempted to schedule a tour for this apartment and ran into issues right away. After booking a 1 PM appointment, I immediately received a confirmation text for 12 PM instead. I replied to correct the time, only to get another message saying that in-person tours were not available at all. I then called the leasing office to clarify, but instead of speaking with an actual person, I was routed to a “virtual realtor” that repeated the same thing—no in-person tours—while offering information I had already seen online. You guys are the best and will always remember you. You made and make that place a home for us. It feels bad to go but it was nice staying at ValleyBrook Xing. A very safe place to be. To you Idalis and Kayla the Customer service you offer is top notch and to the Maintainance Team you guys you the best. A simple call within seconds you there. God bless you all the time
We moved here in 2018 and are moving out next month. We are only moving because we bought our own home. We have loved our home here. It’s a smaller community and the staff care about the renters. They make sure the community is safe and kept up. They communicate well. If I have a maintenance issue, someone comes almost always the same day to address it.
