I purchased a used Honda Accord from Valley BMW about a month and a half ago. There was a tear in the leather on the door card in the backseat passenger side. When brought up, I was initially told that it could and would be fixed since BMW has the "Best Leather Fixers for these $100k+ cars" according to my salesperson.
