The owner of this shop goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Her arrangements are absolutely stunning!! Her professionalism and dedication to her customers deserves more then 5 stars!!!
EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone. I called to ask if they were still delivering on Friday at 2:45p she said she stopped at noon & doesn’t deliver on Saturday or Sunday - no problem. I said I was going to call around & see if anyone could deliver tomorrow & she said “…have a good day.” CLICK. No reason for that. I didn’t expect anyone to bend over backwards & no problem if you don’t deliver on the weekends but save the attitude for whoever you’re mad at because it isn’t me. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit. I had tried to call the shop and the phone kept cutting off so I decided to drive 45 minutes to go to this shop. Boy was I glad I did. The owner was so delightful and sweet. Even though she was speaking to the phone company and the workers were in and out, we had a pleasant chat and I was able to purchase a grab bag filled with great goodies.
