I cannot express in words just how disappointed I am with this company. The office I work at has used Valley Beverage's service for the past 3 years for our water needs, but we ended that relationship today, due to terrible customer service and unreliable deliveries. After expressing to Valley Beverage our office hours numerous times, they sparsely honored them and would attempt to make deliveries when our office was not open. Great people and helpful services! If you need fresh high quality H2O or coffee delivered they are the best to call in the Upstate!!

I love Valley Beverage! I speak with Allen K and Lori when I order coffee and water. They are always so helpful, kind, courteous and funny. Even if my order isn’t for our normal delivery day and the driver is going to Savannah River Site, they still make sure we get our order quickly! I don’t have enough kind things to say about them!
