I cannot express in words just how disappointed I am with this company. The office I work at has used Valley Beverage's service for the past 3 years for our water needs, but we ended that relationship today, due to terrible customer service and unreliable deliveries. After expressing to Valley Beverage our office hours numerous times, they sparsely honored them and would attempt to make deliveries when our office was not open.
