the office here is a JOKE. the biggest JOKE i have ever seen! i’ve been going here for three years and i would’ve never came back for a second apt if i didn’t have a psychiatrist that actually listened to me. the ONLY person who does anything at all in their office is the person who answers the phone for new patients. for 3 years i have worn this poor woman down due to the lack of competence of the rest of the staff. i always apologise for having to call her line. i feel so horrible for her bc this probably happens to her co... read more
Recommendedthe front desk staff are kinda rude, I will agree on that. This review though, is about Sarah Miller. She is absolutely one of the best I have seen. Kind-hearted, knowledgeable, and helpful. 10000x recommend seeing her.
Get a better front end staff. For the 2nd time I showed up for my appointment, after getting a text and confirming my appointment, only to be told my nurse practitioner is out sick. I got the generic, we tried to call you, but your line was busy. before suggesting to see another practioner. Uummm how, cause I do not have a home phone, only my cell and it's NEVER busy.
