I appreciate and have benefited from Valley Behavioral Health. The therapists, providers, and case managers have helped me through some very dark and terrible storms. I have had different providers and each have had my best interest in mind.

It has the potential to be a good place. There are good people there. Unfortunately it's the worst ones who are in charge. I'm 56 and this was my first time in a psych unit. I was largely ignored and left to seclude myself in my room. The food was excellent. Most of the nurses and aides were wonderful. The charge nurse was nurse Ratched from Coocoos Nest. This place is the most inconsistent treatment I have ever had. They would give us a case manager. You would get comfortable with one then you get another one within weeks. I had 4 different case managers. The truth is they all left and went to different places. Because that place is a joke. You don’t learn anything from the classics.
