Very good people
I took my mom of elderly age this Saturday March 25th to the ER. The lady at the front desk called “anita” was extremely rude to us and had clear intentions of not helping us. Another family told us while we were waiting that anita was rude to them as well AND shortly after anita raised her voice at an old lady that went after us because the old lady was having a hard time talking loudly enough for anita to hear. Be aware: Texas Radiology Medical Services will not send you a bill to your address. Instead, you will learn about it when they hire a collector to stamp a bad report on your credit. Then, you can never reach them by phone to get any information. They have a negative start from me!
I've been calling them for more than 40 min. And they don't answer.
