Is it even possible to give these people no stars?! I cannot even begin to explain how unorganized and SLOW these people are. I have never been able to just get in and out. Chase bank blows them out of the water. They have called me back 6 times to resign paperwork they couldn't figure out the first time, and here I am waiting because they still don't have it figured out. WASTE OF YOUR TIME!!
Absolutely pathetic. Claim to be part of the community, but they were the first and one of a very few businesses to leave lyons after the flood. Could have chosen to stand by their community in a time of need and been a part of the rebuilding. Decided instead to cut and run.
Valley Bank & Trust, You will never need a want any other bank. This can do it all. And they are the BEST people & the friendly's and the will to make you very HAPPY. I have been with them a long time, I will never find a bank like this
