VBT is now a commercial bank just like every other bank out there. There's no longer anything special about them. Too bad they sold out.
Really sad to see it merge with TBK Bank not happy with the merge at all. Looking over the new packet for our accounts and finding it confusing. Hopefully the transition is a smooth one been a account holder for 25years. If the new TBK doesn't work out I'll have to take my business somewhere else. Brighton needs good banking services and is loosing our good bank.
you pay for services and they are to slow to deliver it makes you question their intelligence. They did refund money they lost due to their inept staff. But only after voicing my first amendment rights. They closed all my accounts after 20+ years and told me to leave. It really is about the GREED. This is the worst bank in Brighton. I was considering closing my accounts anyway when it sold to new ownership. Their sloth like service really helped me to make up my mind.
Valley Bank and Trust at Strasburg, are tops in my book. We have had an account with them for years and have had the best service of any bank or credit union we have had in the past. The staff is always eager to help and if they don't have an answer to my question, they will find the answer from another staff member. The staff knows me by name. Makes you feel like a family that works for you. Keep up the great work.
Banks should not/can not be trusted. The people look and act nice on the outside but, inside lives pure greed.
I run three businesses through this bank and I have zero complaints!!! Great people and excellent service.
