Sent a request to try to make an appt to open a business account. Received a tracking number and said a representative will call me. Never received a call and they just closed my ticket with no explanation. Will take my business elsewhere.
The manager is RUDE and LAZY. I had funds that should have been credited to my account last month. She told me to wait a week I went back ttoday and James found them in five minutes. I give the manger -1 star. James get 5 stars!!

By far the worst valley branch I’ve been so. Staff are so rude, refuse to help you even though you have an account. Why even go if they aren’t gonna help? Edit after owner response: I’ve been to your location 5+ times and have been only given service one time.
I had a fantastic experience at the Valley Bank branch on Central Avenue when I went in to open a business account. Asheesh Mathur, the Market Manager, went above and beyond to help me out. He offered the best financial advice and made the entire process so smooth. As a new business owner, I really appreciated how much he genuinely cares about his clients and treats them like family. Highly recommend this branch and Asheesh Mathur!
