Splendid! I just came off a cleanse during which Brooksley was available for questions and support all week. It was quite comforting to have that kind of support. Her guidance and knowledge of ayurveda is a beautiful thing. If you are new to ayurveda like me, I highly recommend a consult. She loves to talk about ayurveda and is fun to talk to. Good things will likely happen to you.
Today, the beautiful Brooksley Williams gave me one of the best abhyanga/shirodhara treatments I have ever had. It was so healing, long warm stream of oil that seemed infinite as it washed away all my minds stress and tension. I am a few years lighter and so grateful to have received such a healing treatment. A MUST for the fall/winter!!!!!! I will be back for sure!
