My opinion? Best shop in the area! I've tried others but often had to return my cars because the mechanical issues I was having were not fixed. I haven't had to bring any cars back to Valley after their repairs... It's done right the first time. I trust the folks at Valley! Fast, courteous service at a reasonable price. Yesterday my daughter called me (I'm in Minneapolis) and told me she was on the side of the road in Northfield with a flat tire. We don't have AAA (by bad), I called Valley AutoHaus and the attendant promptly took her location and had a truck out to her within 15 minutes. The driver quickly put on her spare and she was on her way in no time and the charges were very reasonable. From a worried mom - THANK YOU for taking care of me and her! Happy holidays.

This was the 2nd time in 20 yrs this company has screwed me. They work with the local cops and you have no choice in the matter if the cops have you towed after an accident. My latest tow was $378.00 Valley added on all kinds of fee's and charges, maybe thinking the Ins. Company's will pay for it. Reminds me of the way hospital's charge for everything they can get away with. Very poor business practice. Shame on them !
