***UPDATE*** I was contacted by Kelsey (sp?), the Service Manager at Valley Volkswagen concerning my issue, and I am happy to say that they took care of me. There were a couple of learning opportunities, and with some additional context, they were able to help me out. In fact, they went above and beyond. I have no reservations about taking my VW to Valley. Thank you. Not much help or support here.
