I took my bmw to the dealership to do 2 recalls on the vehicle and they were done pretty fast on it now after I took the vehicle they recommended parts for the vehicle, definitely not paying that price for it after they delivered the vehicle to me and I got home smelling oil leaking from the valvetronic gasket they never replace it still got the Julian date stamp from manufacture that is a very bad deal, I’m retired as a master certificate tech for over 20 years and I never seen a poor job in a expensive place. I would give zero stars. Kevin was the service rep. I took my vehicle there for a diagnostics and for the battery to be programed I don’t believe Kevin serviced the vehicle. I received my vehicle worst than what it was. The dashboard no longer turns on. BMW doesn’t know what happened when I asked. They also placed my old battery in my back seat when I instructed them to place it in the trunk. We had issues with them previously also with Kevin as the service rep. They over charge you for sure. Terrible customer service. They may sell you a car but if you need help with anything after walking out the door, good luck. This goes from sales, to finance to the GM. Buy your BMW from Leith in Raleigh. Great service all the way around.
We had a pleasant experience shopping for an X5 50e. Altin was patient and went above and beyond to find the vehicle we wanted. The manager was accommodating when we considered the new 2025 X3, which they didn’t have. She offered a test drive of her own recently purchased one. This dealership is welcoming and works to ensure you get the BMW you desire.
After the first visit going in to get my m4 aligned, it didn't feel right the steering wheel was off centered. Good thing I did take it back to get looked at as some suspension components shifted. Was within tolerance the first time I left, but after coming back, it was way off. Now the car is straight and drives like it did when I bought it. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the parts department as well they are very knowledgeable.
