My sales representative Alton Pevqeli was absolutely the best from start to finish! I had a total collision and needed to buy a new vehicle in a short amount of time. He promised me that he would get me into the car I wanted. I shopped around at other dealerships and was going to get a BMW that was a year older than the one I wanted at Valley Auto World. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a dealership. My sister dropped her X5 off that morning, before the shop was opened, for SCHEDULED service. The tech lady, who didnt even acknowledge her when she pulled up (my sister had to force the interaction with a "Good morning to you too), never checked the vehicle in. Checked out Valley Auto world on line,.I called and inquired about an advertised deal. They had exactly what we wanted. Went in for a test drive and made the deal. It was a seamless experience,great customer service! Big shout out to our salesman,Altin He did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and helped with all of our questions..We would definitely do business with them again.
