You are amazing. I purchased a Rav4 after my vehicle was totalled from the hail storm this summer. it was time for a service, called made an appointment for the Christmas service special, they came to my workplace picked up my car, serviced it, delivered it back to my workplace in amazing time, fabulous wash job with all the extras in the Christmas service promotion and when they brought my keys in to me at work, said there is no charge today as it was part of the agreement when you purchased the vehicle.
