Dr. Link was amazing! I brought my 10 year old son who is afraid of the dentist and Dr. Link made sure he was comfortable. He spent time getting to know my son and the things he likes, and connected on Basketball. He took great care of my son‘s teeth and educated both of us on how to continue to care for them. I highly recommend!
To the Valley Arts Dental Dr.’s, Dh’s and support team: I have been a patient for some years and seen a number of significant changes in this office and its operation. The one thing and I suppose the most important one, from a patient’s perspective, is the level of outstanding care provided by VAD. Yelena was amazing! She did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very informative. As someone who is anxious about getting any dental work done, her calm demeanor and positive attitude set the tone for a great experience.
unfortunately I have to leave a two star since I have had 2 different incidents here with the people answering the phones. 1 time my tooth cracked and I needed an emergency appointment and she said she would call me back and she did not. And another incident with a lady named Adriana. I called to let her know that the insurance did not receive the pre authorization information that was apparently sent a week before but the insurance never received it.
