I have worked with Ms. Radcliffe on several occasions throughout my career (both while working for attorneys and in my own business). She has always been professional, both in dealing with me as a third party and with the clients.
We paid for a certified appraisal. Property came in at $325k and yet 6 months later it sold for $425k. I realize good comps can be hard to find or based simply on square footage...so who needed a certified appraisal... It still bothers me...somethings not right...
