Great super. Always available and professional.
Líder has always been so attentive and helpful. He comes right away every time we need assistance in our apartment and does a great job. He definitely makes our living in the building way easier
I lived at these apartments from 2021 through 2022 on a second floor, one bedroom. The apartment was in immaculate condition when I moved in. New appliances, new paint, nice floors. It faces Old Hook, so it is a bit loud when there is traffic. Each room has an AC, also new. The manager, Lider, is amazing... really great guy.
