Don't be fooled. – At first glance, this place looks AMAZING! But don't be fooled by the painted walls, fancy locks and washer/dryer in unit. First off, the freeway is riduculously loud. There's no wall between the freeway and building, and due to the really old windows, every little sound comes in. Sleeping is not a luxury I enjoy anymore. Second, the manager, Evan, is a complete idiot! She doesn't know anything about the building, and just gets mad and refuses to talk to you once you call her out on something.
