I took my dog here when he fell unconscious, I was in shock and terrified. They took him in immediately and were very kind to me. My dog did not make it but there was nothing that could be done, they did all they could. They explained everything to me calmly and clearly. They gave me time to say goodbye and were very respectful of the situation. They also sent me a kind hand written follow up letter, I thought that was sweet. Got in immediately. Chlorine shock powder was flushed. Our sweet girl was completely taken care of in a compassionate, professional manner. She’ll be back swimming and playing fire hose toss by the end of the week—her favorite. So grateful! ☺️

My cat ate a piece of yarn and I called to ask for some guidance. It was suggested that I bring her in to see if they could try to get her to throw it up, which can be very challenging with cats. I loved that I was given choices and prices upfront and when I asked for some advice, it was freely given. They said that they were pretty busy but would try to get me in as soon as possible. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital. The doctors, techs, assistants and staff were all amazing. My dog spent 7 days with them over 2 hospitalizations due to seizures and valley fever. They reacted quickly and got his condition under control and got us to a specialist within 24 hours. They were incredibly kind, professional and sympathetic at a very scary time for us. The doctors called me daily with updates and we were allowed to visit him every day. I will only use them from now on.
