The staff goes out of their way to accommodate you and your pet. The Vet explains exactly what the problem is in language you understand. Not all the medical monbo jumbo. I feel so at ease knowing our Katie is in good hands and being well taken care of. It's so different to call and not get an automated system recording. A real live person speaks to you, relays all pertinent info to the doctor and you get answers and call backs in a timely manner. Do you have a veterinarian who answers calls after 9pm? I do. Got home late last night from work and had a concern about my dog. Got to speak with my veterinarian and found out that I could wait and bring my dog into the clinic the next day. My dog is doing well and was all smiles after his shot. Friendly and polite staff too. Thanks again!
Dr Salli and his entire staff are very caring and trustworthy individuals that totally took care of us and our puppy!

If there were 10 stars, I'd give it 11. The absolute best service and care in the area. This level of personal care and attention is rare today. It only comes from those who love what they do. Dr. Salli and is staff clearly love what they do. They have my business for life. The Hershey/Palmyra/Hummelstown area is lucky to have Dr. Salli and his team around.
Dr. Salli is AWESOME!! He is caring and compassionate!! We will not take our animals anywhere else.
