I am very irritated at the moment the way I was not informed about the car side assistance which my nervous dog would hate. I even called a week ago to see if they were open because of the virus and the stay inside order. Nothing was ever said to me . I got on the website and found out. There is no way I would let someone take her inside without me,plus the website says to stay in your car and text them and someone will take her inside and I wait in the car unless she is sick.
