La verdad que me molesta que sean incompetentes, con todo respeto ayer hablé a un número que tienen de emergencia pero me contestaron ala llamada 3 le dije buenas tardes y me dejo en la línea por aproximadamente 15 minutos, volví a marcar y otras 2 llamadas más me contestaron, pregunté si era el número de emergencias me contestaron que si y que me avían dejado en espera xk yo hablé español 😮. I love the way the Dr. took his time discussing my beloved Teddy and Rose.
They get to know your pet and your pet’s history. I feel like they really listen to my input and they truly have my pet’s well being at heart.
Can't recommend them enough!! amazing staff, very attentive. The vet is absolutely wonderful, would not trust my pet anywhere else.
The staff was very professional and treated our pets with care. I was very impress on the care that was taken to prevent the spread of Covid.
