Dr. Rittler is the real deal. I have been taking my little guys to Valley Animal Hospital for about a year now, but last Fall one of my boys started to have chronic vomiting, and other issues with feeding, and hydration. After multiple diagnoses, and tests, his condition was worsening, but Dr. Rittler did not give up. In addition, I was also taking him to an Internal Medicine specialist, but ultimately it was Dr. Rittler that found the largest issue ailing him, and he has been on the road to recovery ever since. During the w... read more
Superb Service We have been taking our 3 dachshunds to Valley for nearly 4 years. The staff is always friendly and both doctors are wonderful. They spend a lot of time listening to your concerns and never make you feel as though they're rushing through your visit. These vets are honest and have integrity. They have never recommended unnecessary services. In fact, Dr. Rittler has advised against new vaccinations due to the uncertainty of their effectiveness. I would highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital. They truly care abo... read more
ah I recommend Valley Animal Hospital to anyone with a pet. My "girls" have gone only to them since they opened. Each of the vets is great. They're skilled clinically and very gentle with my animals. The office staff is excellent and helpful with instructions. Over the years, Dr. Rhinehart's become my primary vet. She's soft-spoken, direct and understanding, especially about surgeries and the possibilities of cancer. I trust her judgment and I trust my girls' lives to her care.
GOOD DOCS! My cat has all kinds of ailments and both Dr. Reinhardt and Dr Rittler have been extremely good in addressing the issues as they surface. I don't think my Mellie would be here today if not for their knowledge and thoroughness. They are both kind and compassionate. They care and listen! Thanks to them I am sure my Mel will have the best quality of life possible.
Thumbs up I switched to Valley Animal Hospital when my old vet said he had no time to research my dog's liver problems. Dr. Linda Rhinehart has been a real support to us since then and I never looked back. It is especially nice that she will communicate with me using e-mail as I am almost deaf. Both vets here are copmpassionate and caring. Yes there is a wait sometimes, but you never feel rushed once it is your turn. This is a great practice and I would recommend it.
Excellent care I have marched a few Australian Shepherds through Valley's door and all were treated well as animals, appropriately and effectively. Dr. Reinhardt impressed me not only with her skill, but when my dearest companion was dying, she was honest in a way without edges, compassionate to both my dog Carrie and also her grieving owner. Indeed, the whole staff showed authentic concern. This is what defines "professional" to me. They have shown that even with a range of dogs in age and temperament, each one was treated ... read more
Dr. Rittler gives the best care! Dr. Rittler has been treating my pets for 13 years and she has always been kind, compassionate and thorough. She has excellent diagnostic skills and has always treated each of my animals' problems correctly and successfully. I wouldn't take my loved ones to anyone else! She's the best! The staff is wonderful also. They treat my pets like family.
THE BEST!!! I took our 3 month old Pit, Roxy, to get her shots and check-up. The veterinarian, Linda Reinhardt, and staff were so nice, professional, and informative. Roxy actually enjoyed the visit also. I highly recommend this hospital.
Took over the surgery of my stray I picked up a stray cat and took it to the humane society to have her spayed. When they opened her up, they discovered a fallopian tube had adhered to one of her organs. They determined the surgery would be more in depth than they were equipped to handle and asked my permission to rush her to Valley Animal Hospital.
