Really horrible here. No one seems to know what’s going on. Or how to answer questions.
After reading reviews, I was kind of hesitant to tell and take my daughter to this place for her procedure but I took her anyways and thank God, our experience was totally opposite of what the reviews said…..Dr Ahsan was really nice and did a great job, the nurses were nice and made my daughter feel very comfortable and at ease…the appointment was on time, and I do recommend Valley Ambulatory Surgical Center
Unprofessional place. Don’t recommend . Unless you want your arm full of needle pokes cause they can’t find your vein.
This place is very unprofessional and unorganized . My mother had an appt at 1pm and did not leave till 6pm which is very ridiculous! Worse part is they poked her all over because they simply couldn’t find her veins , they suggested to poke her in her NECK ! Like do you even know what you are doing?? They suggested to do the procedure without anesthesia and she asked if it’ll hurt and they said no and of course the procedure they were going to do on her was not a tolerable pain you could do without anesthesia. Wait times at this place are ridiculous! I was scheduled for a procedure at 12:45, two hours later I'm still in the lobby waiting. There are no chairs to sit and wait, you literally have to stand up until someone leaves. Oh, but as soon as you walk in they collect payment. Place needs a makeover. Not coming here again!
