Very disappointing experience. After months of allergy shots and reaching full immunity, I was later told I had “missed shots” because the treatment had “decayed in effectiveness.” This is something the clinic should have proactively monitored and communicated. As a patient, I followed the schedule I was given and had no visibility into dose decay or timing thresholds. Good luck trying to get an in-person evaluation to establish care. They drive you to tele-health visits, which don't work when the portal malfunctions. THEN when you request some sort or assistance for the second time and for and in-person evaluation for your 5 year old daughter that is in and out of the hospital for asthma complications they will refuse her care and let you know the doctor has declined your referral entirely.
