Very incompetent staff!
The staff lost my referral, so it was never sent to the doctor. They showed no care or apology, and the communication was terrible. Very poor care—please beware!
Overall the techs are nice but the practice is extremely disorganized. I had an allergy assessment in 2023 and it was over a year before my shots were ready despite multiple follow ups. Issues with transparency around cost. Prior to starting shots I asked for the CPT codes and OOP costs (in case it applied towards the deductible) for all services that would be a part of the process. I was told 27 per appointment after the allergy testing was the total cost per visit as I would need two shots. No other charges or services. I ... read more
Doctor who runs this place is extremely inconsiderate towards his workers and patients in winter storms and will force them to come in even though the state is advising people to stay home. A couple of his patients had accidents on the way to their appointments and he couldn’t care less. What happened to having some empathy and bedside manner in doctors? I highly recommend finding a place that genuinely cares about people’s lives and well being
