This place has been great, I just wish someone would pick up the trash in the parking lot other than me when we come here.
I had a great experience at Valley Allergy. I actually drove from Gilbert to their Phoenix office because of the service, and it was definitely worth it. The doctor took the time to listen and clearly explain my allergy test results without making me feel rushed. Susan, the medical assistant, was also wonderful, she made me feel comfortable and explained everything during the testing. Everyone was kind and professional. I’d definitely recommend them.
We've been to other allergy offices in the area, Valley Allergy is the best one in Phoenix. It's open 5 days a week and sometimes they are open on Saturdays. Their allergy shot maintenance is monthly which is very easy to follow. They pick up the phone when you call and were very accessible. It's a free standing building with plenty of parking in the front. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our entire family goes to them. Highly recommend them!
I had a very scary and dangerous experience at Dr. Rishi’s allergy office. After receiving an allergy shot, I had a severe reaction and felt like I could barely breathe. It honestly felt like I was going to die. Instead of treating the situation with urgency and concern, the staff seemed completely unconcerned and did not provide the level of care I expected during a medical emergency. 5 stars all the way. I have EOE and the care I’ve received has been exceptional. Dr. Rishi is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand your condition and tailor treatment appropriately. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-notch allergy care!
