I am currently working with Valley Air on replacing HVAC and Rinnai systems and could not be more pleased with this company. The salesperson Jake was outstanding in his evaluation of our needs. The support staff, Anna and Michaelea, so professional and courteous and helpful. Being new to the area I was lucky to find such a reliable company to quickly solve my heating issues. John & Jake professionally replaced the 28 year old system in the condo I just bought. They showed me how to replace new filters, how to keep the new unit running efficiently and how to program the new thermostat controls. I could not be happier with my new quiet efficient HVAC unit.

They offered the best price that we could find in the area and were very friendly and professional. Provided service quickly with fast and efficient follow-up as needed. Everyone in their office was excellent. Would HAPPILY use them again if needed!!!
