Setting up an appointment with them via phone is easy. I also received an email & text confirmation prior to our scheduled HVAC maintenance check & a phone call the day of our appointment. They gave us a 2 hour window but Michael, the technician assigned to us arrived on time. The previous company that used to check our HVAC before, we have to wait for the whole day & we’re not even sure if they are coming or not. Chris and Matt both came to the house to diagnose the issue with the HVAC unit.... They found the problem immediately, Quoted the price (very reasonable) then ordered the part. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable and very polite. Tyler came out a day or two later and was also very knowledgeable and polite. Fixed the issue very quickly! I will definitely use this company again!

We were pleased with Dakota as our technician on a bathroom tub/shower job that involved a new shower head , tub spout and other involved components of the job. Job took around five hours. The cost of labor only was over 1,500.00. We purchased the Kohler parts ourselves. They said this was the average price for the job in our area. They do not breakdown the quote or final invoice to let you know how they determined the flat rate. I would not pay that much again without comparing other companies.
