I just had my HVAC replaced by Valley and it was a great experience. Dinarte came to my house and explained the entire process. Gilbert and the other technician worked hard to install the unit in one day before the rain started. Dinarte was there to help and check in. They stayed late and I was so grateful they could get it done. Just after they left I realized the unit was only blowing cold air. I just had my old furnace and ac unit replaced by Valley Air this month, and my experience with them was excellent. When Richard first came to my home to talk about my replacement options, I asked a lot of questions and he spent a lot of time answering them all. I thought his answers were honest and complete, and I didn't feel pressured to buy. The technicians Shawn and Gilbert were extremely courteous and diligent. We signed up for the quarterly maintenance and filter change and it is really a lifesaver! Reyanna was very thorough on her furnace maintenance and before that during the summer when the AC went out, the tech, sorry I can’t remember his name, really helped us a lot! I would recommend Valley Air-Conditioning to everyone. Get the quarterly maintenance set up so you don’t even have to worry about it!

Put in new complete HVAC system. Had a couple of minor issues but was quickly resolved. All workers involved, as well as staff at their site, were friendly and professional- a very good staff. I would recommend Vally Air Condition to anyone.
