We had seamless, expert and friendly service from the point of first estimate to working with the office to installation of three mini-split units. The installation team members went of their way to explain the systems to us and to resond to our questions.They left all areas clean and worked with us to minimize visible line set. Today Luke fixed a problem with a clogged air conditioning pump on a relatively new system which I had neglected to clean (maintenance on our part is crucial folks), explained the principles involved, answered all my questions with respect and clarity, fixed the leak and I couldn’t be happier.
