At 8:00 last night we realized we had no heat. We called Valley and they called right back. They sent Luke, their tech who arrived within an hour. He diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to see if they had the part. They did, he came back and installed it and we were back in business by 10:30. You could not ask for better service. We just had a heat pump and air flow unit replaced. The job was done within one day by a very professional,knowledgeable, and courteous crew. The office staff is also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Valley to anyone who needs this type of work.
