We were in contact with Janice Johnson about a property. At first it was very hard to get any information from her. The home had been up a while, we figured they would be willing to get the ball rolling. We put an offer in and said we’d be down for inspection in a week. We got a call back from Patrina who helped with what she could, but she was not very familiar with the property, so she sent us some info and we continued to try to contact Brianna.
