I owned a property in Pacific Beach with tenants in place. Since I lived out of the area, I needed a team to help facilitate the entire transaction on my behalf. Courtney and Ryan did it all! Courtney and Ryan helped me sell a condo in Pacific Beach in 2021. After my tenant moved out, they helped coordinator contractors to give quotes and do cosmetic upgrades to the property before putting it on the market. These upgrades definitely contributed to the record-high sales price I received. I've worked with this team twice now and would highly recommend them!
