Vallejo glass replaced a broken window, installer notice he made a mistake and there was a small crack in the window he installed and he immediately told me. Vallejo glass corrected it immediately. This company has a lot of integrity.
worst customer service, we paid full amount for the glass that we order and they said its going to be fixed in 3 to 5 days and Kaity call me after one week to schedule the appointment for the glass at that time i was not able to take a call so she left a voicemail and she never call me back for another one week, and when i called them for two days straight they didn't answer my call, and never called me back and when they finally answer my call they talk like they don't even care about it. need more customer service training... read more
