Dr. Vallee is so knowledgeable and kind! He takes the time to really explain everything and walk you through the steps as he goes. The intake was very thorough, he listened to my concerns empathetically, and created a gameplan (and backups if we needed to pivot). He also taught me exercises to build on my progress and find relief with no tools, just individual movement/stretches to implement when I have spare moments.
