You definitely get your moneys worth. Cheap for a reason. Roaches and spiders from the day I’ve moved in and nothing has been done, had maintenance problems with half assed work done and landlord called it good. The roaches are terrible and “I’m the only one with the roaches”, my children are getting sick because of how many roaches there are, and how our moldy leaky tub wasn’t resolved. Mouse and mold problems
Horrible living conditions we had roaches bed bugs the whole place was covered in cat hair and cat pee and tar from the smoker that lived there previously and they tried to say that there was no smoker even though you could smell it as soon as you walk in we had to shampoo the carpet even though they said it was cleaned and I asked the cleaners they said they never been in that apartment so I know that's a lie and did not do anything about the bed bugs so I bought some stuff for it that did not work and it got worse so we mo... read more
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Worst management/Lanlord I ever dealt with. I lived here 3 months and got a 30 Day eviction because I allowed my mother and children to go swimming when I wasn’t aware the pool was closed but there was no signs and the gate was wide open!!! So i literally got kicked out because of that. Apartment was dirty and needed to be cleaned when I moved in, also had a bunch of roaches running around.
