I give Emily a 5 star by herself, but had to give 4 stars overall because of my interaction with Peter, the nurse I met with before Emily. I didn't care for my interaction with him. He ridiculously accused me of yelling at him when I never even raised my voice. It was pathetic. As for Emily, I found her to be attentive, informative and respectful. I very much look forward to our next visit. As for Peter, it will be too soon even if I never have to see him again. Thank you.
I have to honestly say this is the best Clinic in the Valley! The Integrated Care they offer there is the best anyone can get. The staff there really take there time with people. This Clinic has PCP, substance abuse treatment, Counselors, Psychiatrist, Recovery Coach, General Mental Health. Even if u don't have insurance, they have the Grant they can put u on, so they don't turn away anyone. By far the best Clinic to go to!
I love Ms. Emily!!! She took time to talk to me and help me and I'm grateful and humble. I just want her to remember to send my email so my services can get turned on. I hope to keep working with her. I just desperately need my services. I have requested them to reach out to me but they just won't. I'm hoping Ms. Emily can help me with this. I love finding good people, good help. She is just that. Great people. I'm praying my services come on. I really need the help
