Normally they are good. But today I had an appointment, drive all the way there to find the door is locked. So I called and they told me the dr was out of town but no one called me to tell me or reschedule. Than when I have problems I call and no one answers the phone. Soni leave a voice-mail and no one ever calls me back. It might be time to find a new dentist. Plus when she's doing my teeth under her breathe she'll be like oh shit. Sometimes they aren't very professional there.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give Dr. ValldeRuten and her staff a 20. They continually do whatever possible to give their patients the highest quality of care along with a high standard of professionalism and concern for the needs of their patients.
