The service I got here not even as a customer was incredible! Ann and her coworker literally saved my life today with my alarm constantly blaring. I’m in an unfortunate situation where since they weren’t the installers, they don’t have the code to reset my code for me. I spoke with Tony at Vallance Sec. regarding requesting repair for some equipment that i have onsite. Unfortunately Vallance did not service the brand of equipment that we have employed here, but he went way out of his way to assist me with getting in contact with a different vendor who could take care of our needs. I'm extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received from Vallance Security, and would recommend them to anyone who values good customer service these days. Keep up the good work!
