Puzzled as to whether the same person named Anastassia who responded on 6.23.13 to the negative blast from Connie is the same Anastassia who wrote the positive review of the salon 6/8/11? Is she also a customer or part of the salon team? Not a customer just yet, just trying to do my due diligence & learn what I can from customer experiences. This just looks kind of fishy....

A few months ago, I wanted to try something different with my hair. I had been to Valivia once before, so I decided to go back & boy was I glad I did. I met with Amber Lou, who thought an Ombr� would look good on me. I was a little nervous about it because I didn t know much about that particular style, so she only did a partial. I just really want to say thank you so much for making me feel welcomed in your salon. I have never experienced the kind of kindness that I did from the staff at Valivia Salon & Day Spa. Amber Lou was an amazing stylist and I really love and enjoy my hair again!!!
Such a awesome place. I had a wonderful service and experience at this Salon. All the staff was friendly and Amber Lou did a great job on my hair! :)
Worst hair cut ever. Amber Lou should not be allowed to do hair. Don t go there!!!
I have had many massages before, my massage last Sat. was honestly the best I have ever experienced-- calming atmosphere, not rushed and the shoulder that gives me issues was perfect.
Had a good service (cut), and had a not good service (color!). The salon is current and comfortable and the people are very nice, but both service and product prices and at the top of the range... For those prices -- they better be 5star every time!
I noticed the new salon and was curious to know what it was about. Its an awesome salon, very welcoming, comfortable environment and excellent service. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a change.
