I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. During my initial paid consultation, I was told there would be flexibility around payment options and that they understood my financial situation. Based on that, I moved forward expecting a reasonable path to proceed. I’ve attempted to contact this business five times regarding the completion of a service. While my calls have been answered each time, I’ve repeatedly been told that someone would return my call, but I have yet to receive any follow-up. After an entire month of trying, I will be moving forward with another company that can complete the work in a timely manner.
I highly recommend Gordon. We did our mortgage with him, and he was amazing. The process was smooth, and he is efficient and super easy to work with. Highly recommended!
Gord and Linda at Valin Partners are a dynamic duo! I was dealing with an Estate Account that typically takes months to settle and between the two of them it was settled in weeks. A very stressful situation was brought quickly to rest with such kindness and sensitivity around the nature of the matter. Linda called me several times in the evening, well after hours to ensure my questions were answered promptly.
