I have tried over 10 times the last few weeks to contact someone at the number and no one answers and worse yet, no one will retirn my messages. Because of all of the AIG financial trouble I assume the office is likely closed. I have never been so frustrated with a company and supposed support perosn in my life. Of course this is what I would expect from a company that STEALS our tax money and then takes expensive trips on MY tax dollars.
