A fantastic sandwich shop that leaves you yearning for more. Unbelievable how a French dip that you may have had a hundred times can be so wonderfully delicious at valiant the sandwich, but that's the truth of it.
I had the Cindy Bleu Who, and my group tried the dry rubbed and the ramen fries. The burger was PERFECT, the crisp Maillard goodness, and stacked with great flavors, the pepperoncinis and bleu cheese work so well together on this one. Both of the fries are so well seasoned, coated and flavorful, you can't go wrong with either. Topped it all off with an iced tea with blackberry puree, a great pairing and not too sweet (but they'll bring up the sweetness as you like). A real nice spot; and right across from Book Bin!
The food is so so so good and the vide and everything is top notch. Gordan Ramsey would be happy with this place.
Delicious, big servings. The Cubano is my go to order but everything is high quality and delicious.
