The storage space itself is fine the receptionist is verbally abusive and extremely RUDE I arrived to pickup a cheque after receiving a call to come and do so and she yelled at me about an access code I no longer have seeing as to how I ended my lease she than yelled at me to "stop with my attitude!" But yet she was the aggressor and the one yelling. If you like rat crap all over your belongings this is the place for you. There's an absurd amount of pests that destroy your stuff.
What an amazing place to live. The superintendent are super friendly. Building is super clean and rent is decent. Highly recommended to anyone looking to move.
I rented for 8 months. Never had a problem. I have read some of the reviews about break ins and rude staff, never had an issue. Was always treated with respect, Meredith in the office was always nice and helpful.
