I rented for 8 months. Never had a problem. I have read some of the reviews about break ins and rude staff, never had an issue. Was always treated with respect, Meredith in the office was always nice and helpful.
After being a great customer, they call shortly after Nov 1st letting me know my credit card payment didn't go through. I told them that card is no longer valid. I told them I would come in and pay as well from now on as they charge $7 to use your credit card each month which is insane. I came in to pay on Nov 3rd. They simply ignored me and tried again the next month on Dec 1st and want me to pay $45 since the card didn't work again. They won't forgive this fee and it's so close to Christmas... that's $90 now they are forci... read more
Worst customer experience. Called in just to get two simple quotes.. two / three times and got hung up. The third time, I had to call with a different number and expressed that I am not a telemarketer and needed quotes but was not very pleasant to speak to. One word answers and uninterested. Was looking at getting two different quotes for two different units but they assumed that I was looking for the same size and the response was unnecessary. Just save yourself the time and trouble and look elsewhere.
Staff are very friendly and understanding. And the area is always kept clean
