One of the best property management companies I’ve utilized. Charles and his company were always prompt on any issues and upfront on any inspections. They were always willing to coordinate or assist in any way possible. This house served a special time in between the selling of our previous home and relocating out of state. We have multiple rental properties and have never had worse service. We used them for 3 years and any request made by us or the 1st tenants living there was met with resistance and annoyance for doing their job. Our concerns were never heard or valued and they let our house get destroyed. For example, we asked Valiant to find a company to take care of our lawn and they found one. However, they let tenants park cars on the lawn (even though in the lease it says that is prohibited), and bring in temporary structures that dest... read more
Charles & team were very accommodating from the start of my tenancy. All I had was a signed job offer in hand, no substantial income otherwise, and Charles understood my situation of being new to town for the job and made it work. Him and his team were quick to respond to any concerns I had, which truly weren't very many as the unit was pretty solid and taken care of. Pretty great experience with this company, from finding our rental until our moveout. The unit we rented experienced difficulties beyond our control and Valiant was pretty quick and accommodating with solving the issues. Reasonable requests were communicated properly. Correspondence with Charles Tripp (property manager) was smooth during our entire stay. All in all, would rent again with this company.
When looking for a property management company we shopped around. Charles at Valiant got back to us quickly and answered all our questions. We decided to move forward, and Nina was assigned as our property manager. She has been very easy to get a hold of and gets anything needed done at the property smoothly and quickly. I tell anyone looking for new management about them!
